How can we help?

Start with a quick look at NYC.

Home brings together Trending news, Events and Explore previews.

• Choose Read more to expand a card and Read less to close it. The arrow points down to expand and up to collapse.
• Use More news, More things to do or Explore more below a collection to open its full page.
• Use Get all updates in the shared Follow block for one email subscription covering the whole site. Saving a heart does not subscribe you.
• Open Search in the header to find a specific story, listing, venue or Help answer.

On small screens, links and utility icons stay together in the card footer. Swipe a crowded footer sideways to reach the remaining controls.

Read NYC stories and coverage from News.

Choose News from the header or Menu. Original YouTube and Instagram posts appear alongside edited articles; a published article replaces its original post card. Browse the latest stories and use Load more to continue the collection.

• Read more opens the complete story within its card. Read less returns to the preview; their arrows point down and up.
• A story's title and shared link also provide its article destination.
• Video and Instagram coverage include their available media and original source links.
• Category, tag and author links open the matching published archives. Header Search can find a story by title or subject.

Use the heart to save a story in My Account > News, Get all updates to request every email update, and Share to copy or send its link. Saving and subscribing are separate choices.

Find videos and video stories in News.

• Open News to browse original YouTube posts alongside published reporting.
• A post's title, image or source link opens the original YouTube destination.
• Use Read more to expand its description and Read less to close it. Choose Load more for additional results.
• In News, published video stories include accompanying coverage and available embedded media.

A heart saves a post or story in My Account > Favorites, under News. The YouTube icon in Follow opens the official channel. A YouTube subscription is separate from the website's all-updates email subscription.

Find Instagram posts and edited coverage in News.

• Open News to browse original Instagram updates alongside published reporting.
• Open a post's title, image or source link to view the original Instagram post or reel.
• Read more expands the website caption; Read less returns to the preview.
• Use Search, publication dates and Load more to browse the feed. Published Instagram stories also appear in News with their available media and source links.

Save a post or article with its heart to find it in My Account > Favorites > News. Use the Instagram icon in Follow for the official profile; platform follows do not change website email subscriptions.

Discover Museums and Galleries.

Open Explore to browse both venue directories. The Explore choices in navigation can take you directly to a collection.

• Museums and Galleries contain venue cards with addresses, descriptions and visitor links.
• Choose Read more to expand a description and Read less to collapse it.
• The website icon opens the official venue site. The map pin opens directions or the available map. Check the official site for current hours, tickets and closures.
• Museum locations and Galleries locations open the corresponding directory map.

Each collection shows up to six cards initially. Load more adds the next batch in that collection. Use Search to find a venue. Museum and gallery cards provide official websites, maps and sharing; they do not have favorites. Read place stories in News. For dated events and exhibitions, choose Things to Do.

Find events and exhibitions by date and interest.

Things to Do starts with Today and Highlights. Highlights focuses on shorter programmes and listings in their Last chance window. Choose All in Category to include the full eligible collection, including longer-running exhibitions and experiences.

• Use When for Today, This week, This weekend, This month or a chosen date or range. Changing dates keeps your selected category.
• Use Category and the available location filters to narrow the results. Search can find a specific name, subject or venue.
• Multi-day programmes appear once across a range, while calendar choices respect known opening dates and closures. Load more reveals more results.

Read more expands the listing description; Read less closes it. Use the website icon for the organizer's latest tickets and visitor details, the map pin for location, and the calendar icon to choose or download an available visit date. Swipe a crowded card footer sideways on small screens.

The heart saves a listing under My Account > Events. Use Get all updates near the top of the page for all email updates. Favorites and subscriptions are independent.

Submit an event opens the public proposal form. Complete the requested event and contact details, choose Submit for review, and keep the confirmation reference. A submission does not guarantee publication.

Open Search in the header on any page.

Type a title, topic, name or location. Choose a Search category to narrow the results to News, Things to Do, Explore, Help Center or another available public result type.

• Press Enter to refresh the results in the search panel.
• Use From and To when date fields are available. Clear dates to widen the results.
• Load more reveals the next batch without removing the results already shown.
• Open a Help result to reveal and expand that answer in the Help Center.
• Use Escape or the Search control to close the panel. Closing it resets the search.

Search finds public content. Your private favorites and profile details stay in My Account. News and Things to Do also provide filters for their own collections.

Use the heart to save something for later.

Sign in, then choose the heart on a card. An active heart means the item is saved. Choose it again to remove the favorite.

Open My Account and select the matching collection:

• News for published stories, including video and Instagram coverage.
• Events for events and exhibitions.

Open Favorites and use Collection to filter saved items. Saving an item does not turn on email updates; use Get all updates for those.

Share a story, listing, venue or post with its Share control.

• Choose Share with your device when your browser supports the device share sheet.
• Choose Copy link to put the destination on your clipboard. A confirmation appears when copying succeeds.
• Use one of the available sharing destinations to send the supported link and details.

Original post cards share their stable News arrival link. Other cards share their supported website destination. Sharing does not save a favorite or change an email subscription. On small screens, swipe a crowded card footer sideways to find Share.

One subscription for all TheNakedNYC email updates.

Use Get updates near the top of a public page and confirm through the link in your inbox. Once confirmed, you receive one email for each new item in News, Things to Do and Explore. Existing content is not replayed. Saving favorites or registering an account does not subscribe you.

Registered readers can review the bell under My Account > Profile > Email updates and request a secure management link. Every email also includes Manage email preferences and Unsubscribe from all email updates. Guests use those same links without registering or signing in. Management links expire after 48 hours; unsubscribe links do not expire. In-app notifications are available from Menu > Notifications and remain separate from email consent.

Saving a favorite or following a social account never subscribes you to email.

All of New York. One subscription.

1. Enter your email in the shared Follow/signup block and choose Get all updates.
2. Open the confirmation email, then choose Confirm all updates on the website within 48 hours.
3. Manage or unsubscribe from every update through the secure email link. No account needed.

The signup remains pending until confirmed. Check spam if a requested message is missing. You can request another link if it expires; ignore any request you did not make. Existing historical topic preferences are retained but do not automatically enable all updates.

• For a display problem, mention your browser and whether you are using a phone, tablet or computer.
• Keep the confirmation reference and include it if you contact us again about the same message.

Sign in to keep your saved items and preferences together.

• Open the account control or Login from Menu. If you are new, follow the registration link and complete the required fields.
• Use the password-reset link if you cannot remember your password. Follow the instructions sent to your email address.
• Once signed in, open My Account > Profile for your personal details and available password tools.
• Use Logout in Menu when you finish on a shared device.

Favorites and website subscriptions may ask you to sign in before changing a preference. Never share your password or send it through Contact Us.

Manage your saved NYC finds and personal preferences.

Use the buttons in My Account to switch between sections:

• Profile: your personal details, password reset and email updates. Use the bell in the Email updates row to manage your subscription through a secure link.
• Favorites: all your saved items, newest saves first. Use Collection to choose News or Events, and Search to find a saved item. More favorites load as you scroll; Load more is also available.

One selected section is shown at a time. Saving a favorite does not change your email subscription. Editing your profile email does not transfer a subscription to another address.

Use the heart again to remove a saved item. Header Search finds public content; it does not expose your private saved records or profile details.

Use Menu for the full navigation on every screen size.

• Find Home, News, Things to Do, Explore, My Account and Help Center in the available navigation. Signed-out readers can use the account destination to sign in.
• Expand News for its categories and Explore for Museums and Galleries.
• Use the disclosure arrows to open child choices. The current destination is marked.
• Find Newsletter, Contact Us and Theme among the Menu utilities.

Theme follows your device until you choose Light or Dark. A signed-in preference follows your account; a signed-out preference stays in that browser. Header Search and Follow remain available across the site. On wide screens, the header also shows the destinations that fit.

Find policies, access information and alternative ways to browse.

• Open Accessibility, Privacy Policy and Terms from the footer.
• Use Cookie Choices when the privacy control is available.
• Use Sitemap for a page overview, or RSS for published News updates.
• Use Tab to move between controls and Enter or Space to activate a focused button. Read more and Read less work with the keyboard.
• On small screens, crowded card footers scroll sideways so links and icons keep their touch targets.

Use Contact Us to report an accessibility problem. Include the affected page, browser or device, and the action you could not complete. Do not include private account details or passwords.
