One News subscription covers articles, videos, and Instagram.
News alerts are queued when a story is first published, for readers already subscribed at that time. Drafts do not send alerts. Editing, returning a story to draft, or republishing the same story does not send another publication alert. Scheduled stories become eligible when they are actually published. Unsubscribing stops pending alerts; subscribing does not send past stories.
- Use Subscribe to News in the centered top row. YouTube Subscribe and Instagram Follow open the external platforms.
- Museum bells remain separate and apply to the selected museum.
- Open the header bell for Unread or All in-app notifications.
- Use My Account to manage email preferences and museum-specific alerts.
Opening Notifications does not automatically mark every item as read.
