Pro Recco brought its 2025 World Tour to the Northeastern United States from August 28 through September 8, opening preparations for the 2025-26 season with international and collegiate water polo. Matches at Asphalt Green on Manhattan's Upper East Side and Princeton University's DeNunzio Pool placed the Italian club opposite UCLA, Princeton, and Hungary's FTC-Telekom, with a youth clinic and fan events extending the tour beyond competition.

Asphalt Green Hosted the New York Matches
Pro Recco met reigning NCAA champion UCLA on September 3 and FTC-Telekom on September 4. Princeton also faced FTC during the first evening, joining European club competition with leading American college programs.
Princeton Completed the Tour
DeNunzio Pool hosted Pro Recco against Princeton on September 6 and a second match against FTC-Telekom on September 7. The Princeton Invitational was open to the public and concluded the competitive schedule.

Pro Recco and the Princeton Tigers Water Polo Club held a clinic for athletes ages 11 to 18. Participants trained with club players and coach Sandro Sukno, while coaches received a closer view of the team's technical and tactical work.

United States national-team captain Max Irving joined a group that also included Francesco Di Fulvio, Alvaro Granados, Rino Buric, Andrea Fondelli, Francesco Condemi, and goalkeeper Gianmarco Nicosia. The tour placed Olympic and world-championship experience in front of young American players.
