The iconic Rink at Rockefeller Center has transformed into a summer cultural destination from May 1 to Oct 1. Offering New Yorkers and visitors a season-long slate of opportunities to explore, play, dine, and shop in the heart of the city. In place of the world-famous ice rink is shaded outdoor seating that anchors a slate of dynamic new programming including movie nights; a major public art installation from acclaimed artist Joel Mesler; and al fresco menus from some of the world’s top chefs via NARO and Jupiter, two of the Center’s most celebrated restaurants. Free and open to the public, first come first served Visitors looking for a reprieve can sit back and relax with some grab-and-go treats from Under 30 Rock, or enjoy a game of cornhole on Center Plaza for some friendly competition.
