What to Know
Times Square Became the Circuit
Billboards, starting lights, branded gantries, press areas, and car displays recast the pedestrian plazas as a premiere route. Thousands of spectators watched arrivals and production activity from the surrounding public spaces.
The Cast Met Formula 1
Director Joseph Kosinski appeared with Brad Pitt, Damson Idris, Kerry Condon, Javier Bardem, and Sarah Niles. Producer and seven-time Formula 1 world champion Lewis Hamilton joined Formula 1 CEO Stefano Domenicali, Toto Wolff, and other figures from the sport.
Thirteen Cars Reached Manhattan
DHL transported 13 Formula 1 cars across 46,768 kilometers from 11 cities for the showcase. The display included the fictional APXGP car used by Brad Pitt's character as well as cars connected to the championship's visual history.
Radio City Hosted the Screening
After the Times Square arrivals, the event continued at Radio City Music Hall. The two-location structure paired a large free public spectacle with the formal screening and invited premiere program.
The Film Opened That Month
The film began its international theatrical rollout on June 25, 2025, followed by its North American release on June 27. Warner Bros. Pictures handled global theatrical distribution for the Apple Original Films production.
