Tjw Organic Valley pop-up farm at Rockefeller Center. This was a two-day event that took place on September 20th and 21st, 2023, as part of the NYC Climate Week. The pop-up farm aimed to show how small organic dairy farms can help reverse the effects of climate change by producing nutritious and delicious food in a sustainable way. Visitors could sample Organic Valley cheeses, learn how to milk a cow from a real farmer, take part in a pledge mural, and more. The pop-up farm was created by Organic Valley in collaboration with Rockefeller Center's gardening team and landscape design firm Manscapers.
